Wonderful

Property is very near the Hongdae strip which are full of shops & restaurants. Hongik University station is also around 5 minutes by foot which has a direct line from the airport. Common area is very spacious wherein we can leave our luggages before and after our stay. There is also free breakfast which has a wide variety (ramen, egg, bread, milk, yogurt) which is plus during our stay. Chris, the owner, is very accommodating & answers to our queries. Will definitely stay again!

The room that we got was on the 2nd floor (technically on the 3rd floor) so it was hard to bring up/down our luggages but Chris and the others gladly help us with our luggages.

Awesome, definitely recommend!

I had a nice room for 3, super clean and perfect. The location is great, there are many restaurants and stores nearby, and close to train and bus station. The staff is very friendly, one of the best guesthouse.

Definitely choose this guesthouse again

Good location, very near to hongdae Main Street and near airport rail station as well. Great staff, make sure I always feel welcome whenever I meet them.

The ac makes a bit noise but tolerable.

Perfect for Solo Traveller and Great Location

The Guesthouse is awesome. The location is conveniently located near the subway station and many food places and shopping stores. Perfect accomodation for a solo traveller. Chris is an amazing host, very helpful and kind and speaks great English. If I am back in Seoul I would stay here again!

Everything was great, value for money is excellent, Chris is a very kind receptionist who gives many great tips.

Worth of price.

The place is quiet and easy to reach to popular spots. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. The room is clean and the owner is nice and helpful.

There’s no elevator but the owner helps us carry our luggages downstairs.

Good value of money and nicer staff. will recommend it to my friends and family.

It’s close to everything. Walking distance (5min) to restaurant, hair salon, subway station and shops. Very convenient for traveling around. Quiet at night. It has a simple kitchen and provides free breakfast. Staff is very nice!

The shower place is a little small but enough. The room is a little tiny but it has everything, so it’s enough for solo traveler or couple.

The owner is very very kind and helpful. However I stay alone here but i feel warm and feel safe. The location is the best ....near the airport line and direct to the airport 55 minutes. ( the exit has elevator and escalator) , the department store and shopping street. The room is very clean and comfortable. Next time stay again. Thank you for everything.

Best choice for transportation, nightlife, and cost

Very close to Hongki University station and connect to airport train and subway line 2 directly. Transportation is extremely easy. Hongki is a hot zone for food, shopping, entertaining for night life of youth. Streets are crowded but the guesthouse is in a quiet alley a few blocks away. Price is very good. Chris is super.

10/10 would definitely recommend!

The location was perfect if you want to stay in Hongdae. 5 min walk to hongik university station (exit 7) and even closer to the main shopping street. The host was very helpful and very flexible. Arrived a little earlier than expected but that wasn't a problem at all. The room was very clean and you could make use of the kitchen at any time (breakfast was included). Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay in Hongdae!

We recommend Heima Guesthouse and would come again.

The guesthouse is located near 홍대입구역 (Hongik Univ. Station). Our host 민석 was really helpful and answered quickly when we had any problems. The room was also clean.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Before this trip I read review about this place and I saw many positive ratings . So , I can only say that EVERYTHING IS PERFECT . Bed comfortable, pillow great , bedsheets great, hospitality Great , Generally atmosphere is very pleasant. Nice breakfast , Host very friendly and helpful.
